By filling out the application form on the web portal of the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic, based in Freyova 948/11, 190 00 Prague 9, ID 00536211 (hereinafter referred to as "SPCR"), the participant gives consent to the processing of his/her personal data to the extent specified in the registration, on the basis of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended. The participant provides SPCR with his/her personal data voluntarily to ensure his/her participation in the event covered by this registration. The participant acknowledges and agrees that there will be taken a photo and video documentation at the event and will be used for event publishing and further SPCR promotion.

Personal data may be provided to the state authority providing the foreign trip, under which the event takes place. The participant declares that he/she has been duly informed by SPCR about his/her rights and obligations, particularly the following:

1. based on the request, he/she has the right to be informed at any time without undue delay about the personal data that SPCR processes about him;

2. has the right to correct his/her personal data;

3. is entitled to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time in writing;

4. if he/she withdraws his/her consent to the processing of his personal data to any extent, this is without prejudice to the right of the SPCR to process such personal data of a participant that the SPCR is authorized to process without the consent of the user in accordance with the applicable law;

5. If he/she finds or believes that the SPR carries out the processing of his/her personal data contrary to the protection of the private and personal life of the subscriber or in violation of the law, especially if the processed personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, then the participant may:

a) to ask SPR for an explanation,

b) to require that SPR refrains from such negotiations and eliminates the situation thus created,

c) to address your complaint directly with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
